ABOUT CORE FITNESS PRETORIA

CORE FITNESS is a fully equipped commercial gym ( not a health club )
situated very conveniently next to the TSHWANE CHINA MALL, Zambezi road east, Derdepoort ,
Pretoria with very easy access from the N1 Polokwane freeway

We were established in 2007 and still growing in leaps and bounds!!

We have cardio equipment, a fully equipped weight training section, boxing area,
functional training and fitness as well as some very specialized equipment not found anywhere else,
infra red sauna, supplement shop, juice bar as well as bathrooms with showers and lockers!!

We have our own in house instructors who are there to help everybody - if you need more specialized
training we also have very experienced Personal Trainers available

CORE FITNESS is also the home of CHAOS HARDCORE BARBELL, the nr 1 strength training facility in South Africa -
we offer very specialized Powerlifting, Strongman and sport specific training

In short we cater for the member that wants results - who is serious about their training and don't just
want to belong to a health club !!
